How do I go about applying to KCEA for funds?
To submit an application for LCF funds from KCEA, the KCEA Application Form must be filed in and sent to us:
Category D and E projects must also submit the KCEA Access Statement indicating how the public will be able to make use of the site/amenity.
Category DA projects do not have to be publicly accessible, but must be aware of the criteria for eligibility contained here.

Please bear in mind that there is NO guarantee that your project will receive funding. KCEA receives far more applications than can be met with our current funds.
